Great location, convenient amenities nearby, excellent connectivity, comfortable and spacious rooms, value for money, friendly and helpful staff.

It was very easy to find and so close to the subway and JR stations. The room was larger than I had expected, very quiet and well appointed. I appreciated the morning newspaper in English and the check out time of noon. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It would be nice to have more precise instructions on the hotel website on how to get to the hotel using public transport - e.g. exit 3 at Tennoji station on the Midosuji line.

Very convenient as its opposite to the Tennoji station. Has a food court nearby and a large retail stores around the hotel. Room was very comfortable, and a good size.

Surprisingly, there seems to have no computer for internet use in the lobby. No free Wi-fi as well.

Conveniently located right above the Tennoji station of the midosuji metro, and JR tennoji is just across the street! Beside the hotel there is a Gochiso building thats entirely dedicated to food! i recommend Fugetsu (Okonomiyaki is famous there) and across the street there is Mio, a mall with food and shopping as well! We were a group of three guys and the triple sharing room was excellent and spacious enough for our three big luggage suitcases and individual beds , even a Sharp Ion plasmacluster air purifier was provided which was above our expectations! This hotel is a gem because of lesser crowds here, unlike the overpopulated Namba and Umeda areas. Good for a retreat from the chaos of the main tourist areas! Will definitely stay at Tennoji Miyako again!

We had such a great time staying at this place! The location is absolutely superb - right opposite the JR train station that offers direct access to and from the Kansai airport. It made traveling to and from the hotel a breeze. Plus, there are so many restaurants and shops nearby, ensuring we had plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with fantastic amenities like an ironing facility, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The hotel also had a range of facilities such as a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and even a coffee shop, satisfying all our dining needs.

We had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to friends.

It was clean and comfortable. Easy to locate as it is directly opposite a major train station (Tennoji Station).

The hotel location was ideal, near the subway and train station which made it perfect for sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was diverse, offering both western and Japanese options. there was a mini-market right downstairs where we could buy necessities.

The bed was not very comfortable and the room was smaller than expected. The ventilation system also wasn't great, as there was a lingering cigarette smell that affected our sleep.

Location to facilities and airport was good

Communication of english with the staff was difficult. It's essential that one staff member on duty has a good english understanding at all times.

It is out of my expectation that it cost 3-star price but with 4-star quality and 5-star location. Just walk out the Tennoji JR-station and cross a road, you can reach this hotel. In fact, this hotel is connected to the subway and department store. We can reach it from JR within 2 to 3 minutes. Connecting to this hotel are so many great department stores, such as Mio, Q's Mall, Hoop, Loft, &,......etc. You can spend a whole day in visiting those stores if you like shopping. Tennoji JR-station is also a core-JR station which can reach many places. The room is also very big and comfortable.

The wall cannot isolate voices from the other room well. One night, I can't fall asleep since the one in my next room spoke and laugh so loudly until 1a.m....... If you are lucky enough, then nothing to complain for this hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was right across the street from the train station, making it very easy to access all rail stations in this city. We were also pleased with how close it was to the hotel facilities. The cleanliness was top-notch, and their staff were helpful and friendly. Additionally, we found that it had great parking and transportation options.

During our xmas stay, we were happy with the amenities provided in our room, including the complimentary bottled water and daily cleaning services. the hotel's location was also a positive aspect, with easy access to public transportation and shopping centers. It was very convenient to have a little supermarket nearby where we could buy snacks and drinks.
